Inc. Claim - Patient & Transport Details COB

Users with the "Inc. claim - patient & transport details COB" permission can access the first three tabs (Patient details, transport details, and Coordination of benefits) on an incomplete claim and perform operations on all three tabs. If this user does not have the Inc. claim – LOS & DX/chrg permission, they will be redirected to the Dashboard upon clicking Next on the COB tab.

Notes:

• For this user, the Incomplete Claim Workflow button on the Dashboard will only display incomplete claims that fall within the first three tabs.

• If the user lacks both the "Inc. claim - patient & transport details /COB" and "Inc. claim - LOS & DX/charges" permissions, the Dashboard will not show the Work Oldest/Pick Claims buttons.
